Following directions listed are the recommended cooking directions found on box.


Brandywine Chicken Fritters: Deep Fry: 350F 4-5minutes

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast: Cook on flat grill at 350F for 5-6 minutes each side

Chicken Croquettes: Conventional Oven: 375F for 15-20 minutes

Chicken Fries:
Convection Oven: 350F 8-10 minutes 
Conventional Oven: 400F 12-15 minutes
Deep Fry: 2-4 Minutes
Microwave: 1-2 minutes turn once

Chicken Nuggets (Raw)
Conventional Oven: 425F for 18 minutes
Deep Fry: 350F 5.5 minutes

Country Crisp Chicken:
Deep Fry: Frozen 350F for 10-12 minutes
Conventional Oven: 400F for 35-45 minutes
Convection Oven: 350F for 25-35 minutes
For crispier chicken bake additional 30-45 minutes

Golden Chicken Breast Fillets: Deep Fry: 350F 5.5-7.5 minutes

Italian Chicken Fingers
Convection Oven: 400 for 8.5 minutes, turn once
Conventional Oven: 450F for 14 minutes
Deep Fry: 350F for 4.5 minutes

Fully Cooked Chicken Patties
Convection Oven: 350F 10-15 minutes
Conventional Oven: 400F for 12-17 minutes
Deep Fry: 350F for 3-4 minutes
Microwave: 1-3 minutes, turn once

Stuffed Chicken (Parmesan; Codon Bleu; Broccoli Cheese; Rice; Kiev): Conventional Oven 400F for 32 minutes

Stuffed Chicken w/ Stuffing: 375F for 42 minutes

Wings of Fire:
Conventional Oven: From frozen 18-20minutes at 400F; From thawed 8-100 minutes 400F
Convection Oven: From frozen 8-10 minutes at 375F
Microwave:From frozen 1-1.5 minutes on high; turn winds over and heat additional 2 minutes
Pizza Oven: 4ooF for 8-10 minutes

Wing Dings: Deep Fry: 350F for 4 minutes or 375F for 3 minutes

Honey-Dipt Chicken: Deep Fry: 350F for 7-8 minutes


Breaded Eggplant:
Deep Fry: 375F for 1-1.5 minutes
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high
Bake: Slack for 15 minutes, bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes
Broil: Slack for 15 minutes, broil for 5 minutes

Cheese Steak Sliders: for best results thaw products in refrigerator of microwave from frozen for 20-30 seconds. Product must then be deep-fried at 350F for 3.5-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160F while cooking make sure product remains submerge in oil at all times.

Pizza Rolls
Deep Fry: 325F Frozen: 7-8 minutes. Thawed 5-6 minutes
Oven: 375F Frozen:20-21 minutes. Thawed: 13-14 minutes

Meat Stromboli: Allow to thaw prior to cooking. Convection Oven: 350f for 8-10 minutes

Fries and Potatoes

Chunky Potatoes: Deep Fry: From From frozen 325F for 3 minutes or to a light golden color

Crinkle Fries: Deep Fry: 350F 3-3.5 minutes

Regular Cut Fries: Deep Fry: 350F 3-3.5 minutes

Shoestring Fries: Deep Fry: 350F 3-3.5 minutes

Steak Fries: Deep Fry: 350F for 3.5-4 minutes

Tots: Deep Fry: From frozen at 350F-360F for 2.5-3 minutes or until desired color/texture is achieved

Twice Baked Potatoes (Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream Chive)
Conventional  Oven: 325F 35-45 minutes
Standard Oven: 375F 45-50 minutes
Microwave Oven:  1 Potato 2-3 minutes. 2 Potatoes: 4-5 minutes



Cheese Manicotti: Cover bottom of baking dish and manicotti with you favorite sauce. If frozen, bake at 375F for 45 minutes. If thawed, bake for 25 minutes.

Cheese or Beef Ravioli: Bring water to boil. Add Raviolis to boiling water and reduce heat to low simmer. Heat uncovered from 4-6 minutes.

Stuffed Shells: Cover bottom of baking dish and stuffed shells with your favorite sauce. If frozen bake 375F 45 minutes, if thawed bake for 25 minutes.



Breaded Haddock: Place frozen fillets on crumbled aluminum foil in 425F oven for 20-25 minutes. If cooking from the defrost state reduce cook time by 10 minutes. adjust cooking time depending upon products natural thickness and appliance characteristics.

Stuffed Flounder:
Conventional Oven: 425F, place in 1" deep baking pan, center of rack, and cover with thin layer of water. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Convection Oven: 400F, place in 1" deep baking pan, center of rack, and cover with thin layer of water. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Oven Ready Crab Cake:
Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Place frozen crab cake onto tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
Deep Fry: Place into microwave oven for 1.5 minutes. Remove and place in preheated 350F oil for 2 minutes

Pub House Shrimp: 
Deep Fry: 380F for 2-3 minutes
Convection Oven: 400F for 9-11 minutes, turn halfway through.
Conventional oven: 425F for 13-16 minutes, turn halfway through

Shrimp Pouch 
Deep Fry at 350F for 2-2.5 minutes or until golden brown
